Meet Beatrice! She is a 2-year old Chihuahua mix and is our newest Mending Mutt! She is incredibly loving and people oriented. She would love to follow her person around everywhere they go and snuggle up next to them every chance she gets. She is being fostered with two dogs and two cats. At first, she wasn’t sure about sharing the attention. Now, she has figured out her place within the pack and seems to really enjoy the company of her furry pals. She even wants to play with her foster siblings! However, Bea’s favorite thing in the world is being with her person, and she would love to find a home where she doesn’t have to be left alone very often.
This sweet and special girl came to us when she needed an emergency C-section. None of her puppies survived, but now Sweet B gets to start her new life and will never have to experience the struggles of trying to have puppies ever again. We were luckily able to afford to get her the surgery immediately thanks to all of our previous donations. However, paying for the surgery has taken a decent chunk out of our savings.
